Yoga is a physical exercise where we twist, turn , stretch and breath in and out the most complex ways and this celebration was an effort towards making Yoga a past of everyone's life.
Few basic Yoga asanas were performed by the students of Grade 6 to 10 like Tadasana,Vrakshasana,Shavasana and many more. Students enjoyed with enthusiasm.
