World International Yoga Day Yoga: Union of Body, mind and soul.
Yoga helps us to control our mind and body. International Yoga day was observed 21st June in senior school campus.
Yoga is a physical exercise where we twist, turn, stretch and breaths in the most complex ways and this celebration was a small effort towards making yoga a part of everyone's life.
The welcome address was given by Mrs. Shanti Peter few basic yoga asana were performed by the students like Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Naukasana, Shavasana and may more.
Yogasana performance started with grade 10 students followed by grade 9, 8,7, and 6 children.
The Principal of the school addressed the gathering and appreciated the students and the instructor Mr. Kalandar Basha.
